At MonChics, we take great care in ensuring your order is prepared and delivered seamlessly. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and shipped shortly after.

Delivery timelines:

• Domestic Orders (USA): Expect your package to arrive within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• International Orders: Delivery times may vary based on location and customs clearance. Any applicable duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that while we do our best to meet these timelines, unexpected carrier delays may occur.

We hope you adore your MonChics pieces. However, if there is an issue, we’re here to assist.

Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Final sale & promotional items are non-returnable.

If you need to request a return, please email us at [your email here] within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a pre-paid return label for a smooth return process. Once the item is received and inspected, store credit or an exchange will be issued within 5-7 business days.
